With full payment, you can take any purchase home, see if it fits your needs, and return it within 10 days (conditions apply). Delivery info :- All orders will be dispatched within 10 working days of order confirmation. Packaging costs are included in the delivery price. All paintings are packed with corner protectors and bubblewrap into custom made mailing boxes to prevent damage during delivery. Payment info :- Payment can be made using paypal. PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. Paypal is a secure website and offers 100% protection against fraudulant transactions on your account. A receipted invoice will be forwarded to you on receipt of your payment. Commissions :- Most of the artists on display will produce artwork on a commission basis. Please ask for details. Imagery :- Every effort is made to ensure that images presented on the website are the best possible representation of each individual piece of art. However, it is impossible for a digital image to capture the full experience of the artwork due to the limitations of the digital process as compared with the human eye. Please note that the colours may vary slightly from computer to computer as each screen set up is slightly different. Privacy Policy :- We are concerned to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We only collect information about you to process your order whilst proving the best service available. We will not hold debit/credit card details. These will only be used to make the payment through paypal at the time when the order is processed. We may e-mail you in the future with details of products and events. You can cancel this at any time by emailing us and putting 'unsubscribe' in the title bar. Refund Policy :- All items are carefully checked before despatch. If the goods are damaged in-transit, please sign the carriers delivery note `Damaged' and notify us within 3 days of the date on which the consignment was signed for. Keep all the packaging material as the Carrier may wish to inspect this. We will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
